Bidjar The design of Bijar carpets is often influenced by Sehna models, as in this old example knotted on a wool warp in one of the many small workshops of the area. A dense Herati design in reds and blues covers the field, the red border shows palmettes outlined in arabesques connected by a leaf vine. – Good condition.
